    During the innovation challenge, we will be taking photos, videos and voxpop interviews of participants. 

    ​Please download and complete the Acknowledgement and Consent form after you submit this application. To finalise your registration, e-mail it to us at contact@brainstem.org.au or hand it in at the Kickstarter event.  

    If you do not agree, please advise us accordingly via e-mail or during the Kickstarter event.
